The role helps make sure that teams always work from the correct, current revision and that records meet KBR and client requirements.\nJob Responsibilities\nReceive, register and track incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence in the electronic document management system (for example Aconex).\nPrepare and issue document transmittals and keep distribution matrices up to date.\nControl document revisions so that only current versions are in use and superseded versions are archived.\nCheck documents for correct numbering, title blocks, revision status and completeness before issue.\nTrack document review and approval cycles and follow up on overdue responses.\nMaintain organised physical and electronic filing and archiving systems.\nPrepare document status reports and registers for the project and department leads.\nSupport periodic document control audits and help close any findings.\nRespond to document requests from different departments in a timely way.\nHandle confidential documents in line with company information security rules.\nTechnical Qualification & Skills\nBachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline; IT, business administration or engineering is an advantage.\n1 to 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in oil and gas, construction or engineering projects.\nHands-on experience with an electronic document management system such as Aconex.\nKnowledge of document numbering, revision control and transmittal processes.\nGood computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.\nDocument control training or certification is an advantage.\nGood spoken and written English;
