The ADNOC PMC project role would be based in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi.\nThe project duration is until 2028 with possible extension.\nThe Junior Mechanical Engineer will support the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, commissioning, and reliability of mechanical systems and equipment on ADNOC offshore facilities. The role involves assisting senior engineers in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of rotating and static equipment while complying with ADNOC standards, HSE requirements, and industry best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngineering & Maintenance Support\nAssist in the maintenance and reliability of rotating and static equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, and piping systems.\nSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical equipment failures.\nParticipate in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.\nReview maintenance reports and provide recommendations for equipment performance improvement.\nMonitor equipment performance and identify potential reliability issues.\nInspection & Quality Assurance\nAssist in conducting routine inspections of mechanical equipment and offshore facilities.\nSupport mechanical integrity and condition monitoring programs.\nEnsure work activities comply with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and international codes such as API, ASME, and ISO.\nParticipate in equipment acceptance testing and vendor inspections.\nCommissioning & Startup Support\nSupport pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities.\nAssist in mechanical completion checks and punch-list clearance activities.\nParticipate in equipment functional testing and performance verification.\nCoordinate with Operations, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process teams during commissioning activities.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nReview engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and technical specifications.\nPrepare maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.\nUpdate equipment history records and maintenance management systems.\nAssist in preparing engineering reports and shutdown work scopes.\nHSE Compliance\nComply with ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.\nParticipate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.\nPromote safe work practices and ensure adherence to offshore safety regulations.\nSupport implementation of environmental and operational excellence initiatives.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.\nExperience\n0-3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Marine, or Industrial sectors.\nFresh graduates with internship or industrial training experience are encouraged to apply.\nExposure to offshore facilities is an advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.\nUnderstanding of pumps, compressors, valves, turbines, and piping systems.\nFamiliarity with mechanical engineering principles and maintenance methodologies.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and equipment manuals.\nUnderstanding of international standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, and ISO.\nKnowledge of CMMS systems such as SAP is an advantage.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nBehavioral
