The role helps make sure stock records are accurate, materials are available when needed, and the warehouse is run safely.\nJob Responsibilities\nReceive incoming materials, check them against purchase orders and delivery notes, and report shortages or damage.\nEnter receipts, issues and transfers accurately in the inventory system.\nIssue materials and spare parts against approved requisitions.\nStore materials correctly, including labelling, bin locations and segregation of hazardous items.\nTake part in regular stock counts and help investigate and correct stock differences.\nMaintain warehouse files, records and stock reports.\nCoordinate with procurement, logistics and end users on material status and deliveries.\nKeep the warehouse clean and orderly and follow all HSE rules, including safe manual handling and lifting.\nReport slow-moving, expired or damaged stock to the warehouse supervisor.\nTechnical Qualification & Skills\nBachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.\n1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, materials or data administration work.\nGood data entry accuracy and computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nBasic knowledge of inventory control and stock recording practices.\nExperience with an inventory or ERP system is an advantage.\nHSE awareness training is an advantage.\nWorking level of spoken and written English;
