KBR’sLOGCAPteam successfully completed another year of support to Warfighteroperationsby providing typicalLOGCAPservices at two locations.\nJob Summary\nThe Associate Materials Specialist performs detailed duties to maintain supply and inventory levels for deployed systems and/or products. Monitors spare part availability, repair turnaround and inventory levels. Answers inquiries regarding order status, availability, required dates, order status, and the like.\nThe Associate Materials Specialist does not have formal supervisory responsibility, no mentoring or advisory responsibilities; accountable for developing own technical contribution. May be assigned to provisioning, inventory management, spares, replenishment and/or return areas. Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nApplies general knowledge of industry developed through education or past experience.\nBegins acquiring disciplinary knowledge within the context of specific DOD, Agency, an/or industry standards and engineering requirements\nUses existing procedures to solve standard problems.\nHas limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines\nExchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding\nDevelops competence by performing structured work assignments. \nUses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. \nReceives instructions, guidance, and direction from others.
