KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.\nJob Summary\nResponsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services. Recommends and coordinates the interface between logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project. Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance, and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer. Troubleshoots problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management. Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance. Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nReviews and analyzes support operations to identify trends and keeps Supply, Maintenance and Support Operations Divisions aligned.\n\nAnalyzes and evaluates man hour utilization at the project level to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nManages sensitive information reporting for Incident Reporting.\n\nRequired to produce professional internal and external communiques.\n\nSkills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.\n\nMust possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, clients and fellow employees.\n\nMust be able to make decisions requiring the requirements of the TDP.\n\nAbility to maintain confidential information.\n\nWork under stressful circumstances and meets short suspense dates.\n\nIndividual must be able to perform required duties.\n\nIndividual may be required to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)\nRequires above average knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).\n\nMust possess a general understanding of LOGCAP concept of operations to include Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Technical Data Package (TDP).\n\nMust possess basic knowledge of the Transportation Movement Request (TMR) process.\n\nLevel 6 RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Tag).\n\nMust possess a valid State Real ID.\n\nMust be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.\n\nMust have a valid State Driver’s License.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED).\n\nMust have experience with GCSS-Army.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)\n2 years prior Operations experience preferred.\n\nScheduled Weekly Hours: 40\nBasic Compensation: $69,534.40 - $104,312.00\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nKBR Benefits\nKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
