The role will be based at either the Client's Office or the Contractor's Office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.\nJob Purpose\nLead and manage all Instrumentation, Control, Automation, Telecom, and Safety System engineering activities for ADNOC Offshore greenfield and brownfield projects. Ensure designs comply with ADNOC Offshore standards, international codes, project specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules throughout FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up phases.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngineering Leadership\nLead Instrument & Control engineering team during FEED, EPC, and execution phases.\nPlan, coordinate, and review all Instrumentation and Control engineering deliverables.\nEnsure compliance with ADNOC Offshore Engineering Standards, specifications, and project requirements.\nCoordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural, Telecom, and HSE disciplines.\nProvide technical direction and mentorship to senior engineers, engineers, and designers.\nMonitor engineering Systems\nCCTV\nLAN/WAN Networks\nFiber Optic Networks\n\nEnsure seamless integration between telecom and control systems.\nProcurement & Vendor Management\nPrepare and review technical requisitions for instrumentation and control systems.\nConduct technical bid evaluations and vendor assessments.\nReview vendor documents and drawings.\nResolve technical queries and deviations from suppliers and contractors.\nParticipate in vendor FAT activities.\nConstruction & Commissioning Support\nProvide technical support during construction and offshore installation.\nReview construction queries and field modifications.\nSupport:FAT\nIFAT\nSAT\nLoop Checks\nPre-commissioning\nCommissioning\nStart-up Activities\n\nWitness system acceptance testing and performance validation.\nProject Coordination\nInterface directly with ADNOC Offshore representatives and EPC contractors.\nEnsure engineering deliverables are submitted as per agreed schedules.\nIdentify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.\nParticipate in project progress reviews and management meetings.\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.\nMaster's Degree is considered advantageous.\nExperience\nMinimum 15 years of Instrumentation & Control engineering experience.\nMinimum 5 years in a Lead Instrument & Control Engineer role.\nStrong experience in ADNOC Offshore projects.\nExtensive FEED and EPC experience in offshore oil & gas projects.\nExperience with greenfield offshore developments, wellhead platforms, gathering stations, central processing platforms, and associated facilities.\nMiddle East/GCC project experience is essential.\nTechnical Skills\nEngineering
