These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design and engineering capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\"\nKBR is looking for a Lead Planning Engineer - Site for a PMC project with NGL/ Gas Processing experience to be based in Abu Dhabi.\nThe role will report to the Project Control Manager and will be responsible for planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting, schedule risk analysis and oversight of the EPC Contractor’s integrated schedule.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead PMC planning, scheduling and schedule-control activities.\nReview and challenge EPC Contractor baseline and updated schedules covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.\nPerform critical/near-critical path, float, variance and schedule trend analysis.\nMonitor contractual milestones and provide independent completion forecasts.\nReview recovery, mitigation and acceleration schedules and assess their achievability.\nLead/review Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and assess confidence levels for key milestones.\nMonitor engineering deliverables, long-lead procurement, vendor manufacturing, construction and commissioning schedules.\nSupport schedule-related delay, Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and EOT assessments.\nPrepare weekly/monthly schedule reports, dashboards, milestone trackers and management presentations.\nLead and coordinate PMC Planning and Project Controls personnel.\n\nMinimum Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university.\nMinimum eighteen (18) years of relevant experience in Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.\nMinimum five (5) years as Lead Planning Engineer or equivalent on mega Oil & Gas/Petrochemical project(s) valued at more than USD 4 billion.\nMinimum five (5) years GCC experience preferred.\nPrevious ADNOC PMC experience is mandatory.\nPMP certification is mandatory.\nProven experience leading and coordinating Planning/Project Controls teams on major EPC projects.\n\nTechnical Competencies\nAdvanced hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Deltek Acumen, Primavera Risk Analysis and/or Safran Risk for Schedule Risk Analysis.\nGood working knowledge of ADNOC Project Control Procedures and reporting requirements.\nGood working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong knowledge of CPM, schedule health assessment, progress measurement, forecasting, recovery planning, delay analysis, TIA and EOT assessment.\nStrong understanding of integrated EPC scheduling across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up.\nInterested and suitable candidates who are matching the above criteria please apply for the role.
