The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Client or Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi.\nJob Purpose\nThe Lead Process Engineer is responsible for leading process engineering activities for offshore oil and gas production facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient design and operation of process systems throughout the project lifecycle. The role provides technical leadership during Concept, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, commissioning, start-up, and operational support phases while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, HSE requirements, and project objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess Engineering Leadership\nLead process engineering activities for offshore oil and gas facilities, including platforms, wellhead towers, central processing facilities, and subsea developments.\nDevelop and review process design deliverables including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Cause & Effect Diagrams, and Process Design Basis documents.\nEnsure process designs meet production, safety, operability, maintainability, and environmental requirements.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to process engineers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nProcess Design & Optimization\nPerform and review process simulations, heat and material balance calculations, hydraulic studies, and equipment sizing.\nDesign and optimize systems including:Oil, gas, and water separation\nCrude oil stabilization\nGas dehydration and compression\nProduced water treatment\nUtility systems\nFlare and relief systems\nChemical injection systems\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, debottlenecking, and production enhancement.\nEngineering & Project Execution\nSupport Concept Selection, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, and Brownfield modification projects.\nReview engineering contractor deliverables for technical compliance and quality.\nParticipate in technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews.\nCoordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Operations teams.\nSupport procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.\nProcess Safety & Risk Management\nLead and participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and Risk Assessment studies.\nEnsure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements and international process safety standards.\nReview relief valve sizing calculations and flare system studies.\nIdentify and mitigate process safety risks throughout project execution.\nOperations & Asset Support\nProvide technical support to offshore operations teams.\nTroubleshoot process-related issues affecting production and facility performance.\nSupport plant modifications, management of change (MOC), and facility optimization initiatives.\nConduct root cause analysis for process upsets and operational incidents.\nStakeholder Management\nInterface with ADNOC Offshore operations, consultants, EPC contractors, licensors, and vendors.\nPrepare technical presentations and reports for management review.\nMentor and develop junior process engineers.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.\nMaster's Degree is an advantage.\nChartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional certification preferred.\nExperience Requirements\nMinimum 15 years of process engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.\nAt least 5 years in a Lead Process Engineer or Senior Process Engineer role.\nExtensive experience in offshore oil and gas facilities.\nStrong exposure to FEED, EPC, brownfield modifications, and offshore production projects.\nADNOC,
