These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nKBR is looking for - Equipment Operator, Heavy\n Responsibilities:\nLifting Plans & Method Statements\nDevelop detailed lifting plans for cranes, hoists, winches, or specialized lifting gear.\nChoose suitable lifting equipment (slings, shackles, spreader beams, cranes) based on load, geometry, and environment.\nCoordinate and manage contractors’ heavy equipment\nOversee rigging crews during complex or critical lifts.\nLead toolbox talks and lifting safety briefings.\nProactive Safety aptitude and behavior\nEnsure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Degree.\nMust have 3rd party certified lifting and rigging qualification\nStrong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities\nWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skills\nProven leadership skills with large organizations\nMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems\nStrategic management skills\nAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment\nFlexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA\n Belong.
