They ensure quality through precise measurements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety and production standards.\n Responsibilities:\nReceives jobs, work instructions, drawing, specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.\nUse right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.\nOperate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.\nPerform all the installation and Maintenance works as per procedures and guidelines.\nCarryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)\nReceive necessary work permits before starting of work.\nMaintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.\nConsult with Supervisor for any technical issues.\nPerform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.\nAchieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standards and requirements.\nComply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures.\nReport all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.\nAttend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.\nExperience in manual lathe machines\nExperience in horizontal boring machines\nExperience in milling machines\nFamiliarity with fabrication of components/tools\nExperience in tool design\nAbility to interpret cross-sectional and dimensional drawings\nAverage fluency in English communication\nPreference will be given to candidates with CNC experience\nResponsibilities:\nMinimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.\nMinimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.\nHold a valid certification issued by a recognized third party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.\nStrong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities\nBelong.
