These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nKBR is looking for -Maintenance, Superintendent (Saudi Nationals only)\nResponsibilities:\nExecution of all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities of the HDPE Plant in accordance with Company standards.\nRegular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at the HDPE Plant.\nProvide required support to Planning and Scheduling Supervisor.\nSupport Company Reliability Department for bad actor analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.\nPrepare weekly maintenance reports and present updates during maintenance meetings.\nManage day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure plant equipment availability and reliability.\nCoordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for HDPE process equipment.\nReview and enhance personnel competency through job-specific training in coordination with Head of HR.\nEnsure strict compliance with all HSE requirements during maintenance execution.\nSupport maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls to achieve safe and timely completion.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 20 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - High School.\nMinimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - Diploma.\nMinimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - Bachelor Degree.\nSaudi National.\nExperience in HDPE, Polyolefins, or Polymer manufacturing plants is preferred.\nGood knowledge of maintenance contract management, safety regulations, and refinery/petrochemical maintenance standards.\nWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.\nProven leadership skills with large organizations.\nMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.\nStrategic thinking and openness to new ideas.\nAbility to achieve business results while working in a multicultural environment.\nBelong.
