The MCPP-PHIL Communications Quality Control Inspector will report directly to the MCPP-PHIL Quality Manager.\nJob Summary\nPlan, coordinate, execute and/or supervise the performance of all quality management functions for the MCPP-PHIL Task Order by implementing the following:\nDirect the management, integration, and coordination of quality efforts as it relates to a logistics management/maintenance program.\n\nMaintain established Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015. Oversee the review of written procedures and implementation of any actions needed to ensure designated certification(s) remains active.\n\nDevelop, oversee, and improve established company policies and procedures. Develop standard work, policies and procedures, business tools, and business process communications.\n\nDetermine Marine Corps Prepositioning Program objectives and implement quality management policies, processes, and procedures to ensure on-going compliance with program objectives.\n\nDevelop, evaluate, and implement changes in work operations and processes to improve operating efficiencies.\n\nMonitor, audit, and evaluate all logistics and maintenance operations to prevent defects/errors and to verify adherence to quality plans and requirements.\n\nAnalyze and investigate adverse quality trends or conditions and initiate corrective actions.\n\nFormulate, interpret, and ensure on-going compliance with internal quality policies, practices and procedures.\n\nLead quality initiatives and/or related projects. Direct projects through different phases, manage project resources, monitor project status, generate progress reports and keep management informed of issues.\n\nDevelop and maintain a strong, effective relationship with customer, acting as primary interface between customer and daily program operations/administration.\n\nUse problem solving skills in situations where general standardization should exist but may not be operating effectively. Use process mapping techniques leaning heavily on Six Sigma and Lean to reduce waste and inefficiency.\n\nMaintain Marine Corps Prepositioning Program Quality policies and procedures and ensure on-going compliance with such.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nMust be able to pass a U.S. Government/FBI background investigation and obtain a Secret Clearance. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.\n\nMust have knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes.\n\nProficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.\n\nMust have four years related work experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions.\n\nCompletion of related formalized training.\n\nIn lieu of formalized training, a combination of college credits, professional certification, or other education, and directly related work experience may be considered.\n\nMust have four years of directly related work experience in an equipment maintenance field.\n\nRequires the ability to review and apply technical specifications and requirements.\n\nThe ability to analyze equipment and forecast spare part equipment is required.\n\nMust have the ability to analyze maintenance repair or operation to determine methods of improvement.\n\nMust have strong written and oral communication skills.\n\nU.S. Stateside Driver’s License\n\nActive Department of Defense secret security clearance.\n\nU.S. Passport\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Philippines Work Visa.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nUSMC MOS 0402/3002\n\nComplete the Logistics Officer Course or equivalent.\n\nCertified Manager of Quality/ Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) by ASQ preferred.\n\nLean /Six Sigma knowledge preferred\n\nIn-depth understanding of Marine Corps policies, regulations and orders.\n\nWorking knowledge of Marine Corps shipboard equipment/materiel and associated logistics processes.\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical skills.\n\nWorking knowledge and application of quality assurance concepts, principles and techniques.\n\nIn-depth understanding of the services Marine Corps Prepositioning Program provides to the customer and the processes and techniques used to deliver these services.\n\nWorking knowledge of personnel management, concepts, principles, and techniques.\n\nAbility to comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.\n\nKBR Benefits\nKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
