In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role - protecting our national security.\nWhy Join Us?\nInnovative Projects: KBR’s work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions.\nCollaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace.\nImpactful Work: Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a motivated Operations Research and Data Science Manager to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX, to oversee and approve task planning and execution on several large projects.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStudies and Analyses: Assist customers in understanding analysis needs, clarifying decision options, leading teams in conducting fact-based studies to provide data-informed solutions, and presenting findings to senior leaders.\nRequirements Analysis: Recommend and refine detailed operational requirements for emerging Dept of the Air Force domain awareness visualization and data fusion technologies\nProgram Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to achieve aggressive project timelines and cutting-edge technology outcomes.\nAdvanced Modeling Techniques: Recommend and leverage software modeling and test tools to validate performance.\nTeam Leadership: Mentor junior and senior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBA / BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field\n10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience in data-centric / analytical program/project management.\nClearance: Minimum Secret with the ability to obtain TS, SCI, SAP.\nComplex System Design: Experience in designing and supervising the development of complex systems of systems and enterprise architectures.\nProgram Management: Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects. Experience should include managing projects for senior decision makers.\nTeam Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
