This role is responsible for coordinating payroll disbursements, managing payroll funding activities, ensuring banking and regulatory compliance and supporting treasury-related cash flow processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport payroll banking operations across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.\nManage payroll payment processing, funding activities and salary disbursements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.\nRespond to employee payment inquiries and collaborate with banking partners to resolve payroll and compliance-related issues.\nAssist with payroll funding, cash flow analysis and treasury reporting activities.\nEnsure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls and country-specific payroll requirements.\nResolve operational issues by applying established payroll banking procedures and best practices.\nCollaborate with Payroll, Treasury, Finance and banking stakeholders to support seamless payroll operations.\nDrive process improvements, maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements.\nBuild multi-country payroll expertise through cross-training and contribute to operational efficiency and business continuity.\nRequired Experience\nMinimum 3-4 years of experience managing payroll disbursements and banking transactions in a corporate environment.\nExperience working with payroll payment processes across multiple countries or regions.\nKnowledge of payroll funding, banking operations and cash management principles.\nUnderstanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Workday.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.\nExperience administering payroll payments using global banking platforms.\nWorking knowledge of Workday Payroll and payroll-related integrations.\nSound understanding of Middle East Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance requirements.\nExperience with banking platforms including:CitiDirect\nBNP Paribas Connexis\nStraight2Bank (Standard Chartered Bank)\nBank of America (BOFA) banking solutions\nOther global treasury and payroll banking platforms\n\nExperience supporting payroll operations for the Middle East, Asia Pacific, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and/or Canada.\nStrong data analytics and reporting capabilities.\nExperience working in a shared services or global payroll environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline;
