The role supports accurate time reporting, investigates discrepancies, and contributes to payroll readiness and operational compliance activities.\nWorking with employees, managers, HR Absence partners, Project Controls, and Payroll teams, the Time Admin coordinates for issue resolution, supports reporting and audits, and helps drive improvements in data quality, controls, and process efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nTime & Labor Reconciliation\nReconcile employee timesheet data in MSD365 against approved leave transactions recorded in Workday.\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, missing leave transactions, duplicate reporting, and other exceptions.\nAnalyze variances between reported work hours and approved leave records.\nReview employee timesheet submissions and monitor exception trends.\nMaintain reconciliation logs, exception reports, and supporting documentation.\nStakeholder Coordination & Issue Resolution\nCoordinate with employees, managers, HR Absence partners, Project Controls, and Payroll teams to resolve time and leave discrepancies.\nManage outstanding reconciliation items through closure.\nCommunicate payroll-impacting issues and support timely resolution.\nSupport employee and manager communications related to time reporting requirements and payroll readiness.\nPayroll Support\nSupport payroll readiness activities through validation of time and leave data.\nAssist with payroll input validation and investigation of payroll-impacting issues.\nSupport payroll audits and operational reviews through reconciliation reporting.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to controls, data quality, and process efficiency.\nCompliance, Controls & Audits\nEnsure compliance with company time reporting policies, procedures, and established business processes.\nMaintain audit-ready documentation supporting reconciliation and issue resolution activities.\nSupport internal and external audit requests related to time reporting, leave records, and workforce data.\nMonitor adherence to operational controls and processing timelines.\nIdentify opportunities to improve compliance, accuracy, and data quality.\nReporting & Analytics\nGenerate reconciliation, exception, compliance, and payroll readiness reports.\nAnalyze trends and recurring discrepancies to identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport management reporting through dashboards, operational metrics, and insights.\nUtilize Excel and Power BI to support data analysis and reporting.\nRequired Experience\n3-5 years of experience in payroll operations, time administration, workforce administration, HR operations, or shared services.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.\nUnderstanding of time and attendance processes, payroll operations, and reconciliation activities.\nSupported Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations timesheet processes.\nExperience working with Workday or HR/payroll systems.\nPerformed reconciliations across payroll, HR, or workforce systems and supported multinational operations.\nUnderstanding using Power BI and reporting tools for analysis and operational reporting.
