The role requires extensive experience in the construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and handover of process piping systems.\nThe ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 20+ years of experience as a Piping Construction Manager and extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards, construction methodologies, and international codes.\nKey Responsibilities\nConstruction Management\nManage all piping construction activities from fabrication through mechanical completion.\nDevelop and implement construction execution plans, work packs, and installation methodologies.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary construction activities with Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.\nEnsure piping activities are executed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and procedures.\nMonitor construction progress and implement recovery plans when required.\nHealth, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)\nPromote a strong safety culture across all construction activities.\nEnsure full compliance with company HSE policies and site regulations.\nLead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments.\nEnsure safe execution of lifting, hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, tie-ins, and hot work activities.\nParticipate in incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.\nQuality Assurance & Quality Control\nEnsure construction complies with project quality requirements.\nCoordinate inspection and testing activities with QA/QC teams.\nVerify welding, NDT, hydrotesting, reinstatement, flushing, and punch list closure.\nEnsure compliance with international standards such as:ASME B31.3\nClient Specifications\n\nResource Management\nManage construction supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and field engineers.\nOptimize manpower utilization and equipment deployment.\nReview productivity performance and implement improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate material requirements and ensure availability for construction activities.\nSchedule & Cost Control\nSupport project planning and scheduling teams.\nMonitor construction progress against baseline schedules.\nIdentify bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.\nPrepare weekly and monthly construction reports.\nStakeholder Management\nInterface with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.\nParticipate in project meetings and progress reviews.\nSupport commissioning and start-up teams during system handover.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering discipline.\nExperience\n20 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry\n10+ Years as Piping Construction Manager within Oil & Gas projects.\nProven experience in Construction project execution.\nExperience managing large multicultural construction teams.\nDemonstrated success in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.\nTechnical Skills\nPiping
