The role coordinates schedule activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and permitting organizations, ensuring all workstreams operate to a single integrated execution plan. The position provides schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, and schedule recovery recommendations to project leadership.\nFunctional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nLead development, maintenance, and governance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all project phases.\n\nCoordinate and integrate schedule activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, permitting, and startup organizations.\n\nEnsure alignment of contractor schedules with project milestones, execution strategies, and overall project objectives.\n\nPerform schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule risk assessments.\n\nIdentify schedule risks and delays and develop recovery plans, mitigation strategies, and corrective action recommendations.\n\nProvide schedule performance reporting, trend analysis, and schedule insights to project leadership.\n\nFacilitate schedule reviews and support data-driven decision-making regarding project execution priorities.\n\nLead and develop the planning and scheduling team while promoting scheduling excellence and best practices.\n\nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 15 years of planning and scheduling experience supporting major capital projects.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.\n\nExtensive experience with CPM scheduling, schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule recovery planning.\n\nExperience coordinating schedule development across multiple contractors, disciplines, and project stakeholders.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and related scheduling and schedule analysis tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing projects.\n\nExperience in an Owner's Representative, PMC, EPCM, or Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) environment.\n\nExperience supporting large projects with multiple phases exceeding $500 million TIC.\n\nExperience with schedule risk analysis tools and quantitative schedule risk assessment methodologies.\n\nProfessional certifications such as PSP®, PMP®, or equivalent project controls credentials.\n\nDecarbonization - Energy Transition - Sustainability\nKBR Benefits\nKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
