front-end, back-end, and service layers.\n\nTechnical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership and engineering guidance across multiple software teams.\n\nArchitecture Development: Help define and evolve application, integration, data, and event-driven architectures supporting enterprise mission objectives.\n\nEvent-Driven Systems Design: Design and implement scalable event-driven architectures supporting distributed mission systems.\n\nEnterprise Integration: Develop and guide integration patterns supporting interoperability across mission applications and operational architectures\n\nExpert-level experience with Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks\n\nStrong experience designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs\n\nExtensive experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns\n\nStrong understanding of asynchronous messaging, event streaming, and distributed systems design\n\nExperience designing and implementing enterprise integration patterns\n\nExperience working within Agile software development environments\n\nStrong understanding of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD delivery pipelines\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and projects\n\nStrong communication, leadership, and technical mentoring skills\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)\n\nDesired:\nActive Secret or higher clearance\n\nMaster's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or related technical field\n\nExperience supporting Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Operations Command (SpOC/CFC), or related DoD programs\n\nExperience supporting SATCOM, mission systems, operational C2 systems, or space-related applications\n\nExperience with microservices architectures and service-oriented design\n\nExperience with Kubernetes-based deployment environments\n\nExperience developing applications within cloud-native environments\n\nFamiliarity with API gateways, service meshes, and modern integration frameworks\n\nExperience participating in architecture review boards and technical governance activities\n\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled mission systems or data-driven operational platforms\n\nExperience working across independently contracted software development teams\n\nExperience with Kafka Streams, Apache Flink, RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar event-processing technologies\n\nExperience implementing observability platforms using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar technologies\n\nExperience with software supply-chain security, SBOM generation, and DevSecOps security tooling\n\nExperience working within software factory or platform engineering environments\n\nExperience supporting large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation efforts\n\nCertifications such as INCOSE CSEP/ESEP\n\nBasic Compensation: $150,000 to $190,000 in El
