The Program Manager shall possessrecent experience in the management and supervision of data center facility operations and maintenance for Tier III, multi-tenant, government data centersor equivalent experience.\nThe Program Manager shall be able to:\ni. Analyze new and complex project related problems;\nii. Create innovative solutions involving large complex tasks;\niii. Provide strategic planning for long term initiatives such as energy efficiency improvements and life cycle management of critical infrastructure; and\niv. Provide strategy to optimizeand grow NCCIPS capabilities to attract new Customers.\nEducation/Experience:\nThe PM must possess at least five years of recent experience managing and supervising data center facility operations and maintenance for Tier III, multi-tenant, government data centers (or equivalent).\nBachelor's degree in respective field or equivalent, and 5 years of related experience.\nThe PM is expected to hold active PMP and ITIL Foundation certifications.\nAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
