This role demands a professional who has honed their skills over at least a decade in a management capacity, adept at navigating the complexities of project oversight and skilled at driving interdepartmental coordination to surpass review and approval benchmarks.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs aProgram Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel assigned to work on all Task Orders awarded under the IDIQ contract.You will be located in the DMV area andexpected to be onsite 100% with occasionalOCONUS travel.\nThe tasks include, but are not limited to:\nFully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements and issues as they pertain to the support of the Customer\n\nIdentify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.\n\nDevelop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements\n\nUse established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.\n\nReview and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements\n\nIdentify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts\n\nManage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.\n\nEnsure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of TO staffing alignments /allocations\n\nInterface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership\n\nOversee the execution of the Transition Plan\n\nOversee the management and implementation of the PMP\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for formal discussion with the customer, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction\n\nOversee the Contractor’s Environmental, Health and Safety functions, ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed\n\nMonitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs\n\nOversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures and programs\n\nImprove cost-effectiveness and efficiency\n\nOversee the monitoring and inspecting of maintenance, repair and service operations for quality control and contract compliance\n\nEnsure that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.\n\nThis is a contingent position based upon contract award\nRequirements\nMust possess a TS/SCI with current Poly\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering plus a total of ten (10) years’ experience in Management level positions. OR,\n\nBachelor’s degree in another field and ten (10) years of experience in project level positions PLUS six (6) years’ experience in field of Engineering or Business\n\nPMP Certification (Project Management Professional)\n\nPersonnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.\n\nProficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics\n\nKnowledge of customer exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special events\n\nFamiliarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment\n\nBasic Compensation:\n$209,000 - $278,700 annually (This range is for the VA area only)\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
