This is a full-time position located in the KBR Midwest City, OK office.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDuties will include developing schedules, updating status of tasks, highlighting resource and deadline conflicts to program management and work package managers, providing weekly and monthly reports. The Program Scheduler will also need to provide specific charts and summaries for presentations by management.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with a team of driven and highly skilled DoD professionals. Be relied upon to provide strategic input in creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Be responsible for synthesizing various cost, schedule, and performance metrics/milestones into a strategic, forward-looking schedule in support of program priorities.\nEffectively coordinate inputs from stakeholders, manage IMS scheduling tools, assess scheduling impacts related to budget drills/requirement changes, adjust schedule to meet short-term requirements, advise stakeholders of potential scheduling issues, and make recommendations as needed.\nPrepare PowerPoint briefings, high level schedule slides to support IPT and Executive level briefings. Interact daily with various program functional leads to include Integrated Product Team leads (military or civilian).\nWork with Technical Directors, systems engineers, security, cost, and modeling and simulation personnel to obtain the programs big picture and necessary integration activities to provide an actionable schedule for execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nProvide weekly status of tasks.\nProvide 4-week rolling schedule forecasts.\nHighlight resource or deadline conflicts to the program management and work package managers.\nProvide weekly and monthly reports of completed tasks and delayed tasks.\nProvide status charts for regular meetings.\nPerform health checks on schedule.\nShow critical paths.\nDemonstrated proficiency in using MS Project, Office, SharePoint to produce and integrate complex schedules. Knowledge in R-plan desired\nEffective communication skills (verbal and written)\nSelf-starter, effective organizational skills, and assertive in dynamic group settings\nSkills/Training:\nEffective organizational, documentation, and tracking skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong team engagement skills.\nHigh-level of proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.\nSelf-starter with ability to track multiple tasks or actions.\nAbility to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, coordinate work tasks with others, and meet multiple deadlines.\nComputer skills required include Microsoft Business Office 365 Professional utilization and experience. The candidate must be very familiar with MS office suite including, but not limited to:\nREQUIRED:\nBachelor's degree\nExperience in submitting and tracking DoD purchase and service requests.\nFamiliarity with DoD programs, schedules, and procedures.\nFamiliarity with DoD organizations, mods, and schedules\nMust have demonstrated experience in scheduling Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).\nAble to obtain a Secret-level security clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n5 + years’ experience with MS Project\nAccess\nExcel\nVisio\nWord\nOutlook\nWork level personal skills should ideally include the following:\nForward Thinking.\nStrong Numerical and Analytical Skills.\nExtensive Industry Knowledge.\nTeam player.\nKeen attention to detail.\nSound Decision-making.\nAdaptability.\nAccountability.\nQuick Follow-through\nGood Interpersonal Skills\nBelong, Connect and Grow at KBR\nAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
