The successful candidate will assist and support the Government customer Program Office in coordination of scheduling activities for the program’s multiple schedules. Candidate will work in person at Wright Patterson AFB.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and Review Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), integrate multiple IMSs, perform schedule risks analysis, build projections of schedule outcomes, and develop reports and presentations.\nProvide schedule-related support to assigned Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by attending recurring program meetings.\nGenerate reports to key Gov’t and program stakeholders on IMS health and construction, contractor schedule performance metrics, and projections of schedule outcomes.\nSupport Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Design Reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and Business Management Reviews (BMRs).\nCommunicate programmatic findings and issues to management through briefings, written reports, and verbal communication.\nWork with Cross-functional Teams (CFTs) to integrate disparate activities and milestones into schedule models.\nEmploy integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across CFTs and several functional disciplines.\nPerform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering program information; conducting programmatic analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; establishing and maintaining schedule model databases.\nReview contractor IMSs, evaluating against common practices, which may include DCMA 14-point schedule assessments.\nDevelop cartoons or Tier 1 schedules for Executive level briefings.\nWork Environment:\nLocation: Onsite\nTravel Requirements: minimal\nWorking Hours: Standard\nRequired Qualifications:\nClearance: Active Secret clearance\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience.\nSkills: Scheduling and advanced MS Project experience required.\nDesired Qualifications:\nEducation: Master’s degree\nExperience: Recent experience in system program offices is desired.\nExperience: Recent experience using Deltek Open Plan & Acumen is desired.\nSkills: Advanced MS Project and MS Excel experience is desired.\nClearance: Active Top Secret clearance\nReady to Make a Difference?\nIf you’re excited about making a significant impact in the field of space defense and working on projects that matter, we encourage you to apply and join our team at KBR.
