You'll balance commercial, technical and stakeholder priorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.\nThis is an opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys bringing people together to achieve successful outcomes. Combining project leadership, contract administration, stakeholder engagement and site oversight, you'll be at the centre of project delivery, helping navigate challenges, manage risks and drive projects through to successful completion.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the delivery of civil, infrastructure and development projects from planning through to completion.\n\nPerform Superintendent duties, including the assessment of variations, claims, extensions of time and contractual obligations.\n\nManage project performance across scope, programme, budget, quality and risk.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders.\n\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, councils and project teams.\n\nFacilitate project meetings and coordinate stakeholders to support timely decision-making and project outcomes.\n\nUndertake site inspections and surveillance activities to monitor construction progress and verify completed works.\n\nMonitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual, quality and safety requirements.\n\nIdentify, manage and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues and removing barriers to delivery.\n\nProvide commercial and contractual advice to clients and project teams.\n\nPrepare and review project reporting, recommendations and project documentation.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nYou are an experienced project management professional with strong commercial acumen and a practical understanding of project delivery. You can confidently manage competing priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments and balance contractual obligations with successful project outcomes.\nExperience in a Project Manager, Contract Superintendent, Senior Contract Administrator or similar role.\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering civil, infrastructure, construction or development projects.\n\nStrong understanding of contract administration and Superintendent responsibilities.\n\nExperience administering construction contracts, including variations, claims and extensions of time.\n\nProven ability to manage project scope, programme, budget, risk and quality outcomes.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.\n\nExperience working collaboratively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.\n\nExposure to local government and council-delivered projects will be highly regarded.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.\n\nSound commercial judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.\n\nAustralian Citizenship required for eligibility for defence clearance.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that help shape communities across South Australia.\nYou'll join a collaborative and supportive team where you'll have the autonomy to lead projects, build strong client relationships and influence successful delivery outcomes.
