Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation - Measure quantities and compile detailed BOQs for estimations. Cost control - Monitor ongoing project costs against budget. Final account preparation - Reconcile all project costs at completion for final settlement. Valuations & progress payments - Assess contractor claims and certify interim payments. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School. Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
