We attract a diverse workforce and the best minds in the world because our expertise thrives on creativity, resourcefulness, and collaboration.\nKBR is looking for Quantity Surveyor who is involved in Contracts Management & Procurement\n*** In order to be considered candidate MUST be Saudi National ***\nResponsibilities:\nCost estimation - Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on\ndrawings, specifications, and project requirements.\nBill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation - Measure quantities and compile\ndetailed BOQs for estimations.\nCost control - Monitor ongoing project costs against budget.\nFinal account preparation - Reconcile all project costs at completion for\nfinal settlement.\nValuations & progress payments - Assess contractor claims and certify\ninterim payments.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.\nMinimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.\nStakeholder Management\nCommercial awareness\nWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skills\nProven leadership skills with large organizations\nMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems\nStrategic thinking, open to new ideas\nAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment\n Belong.
