review meetings with project teams and stakeholders.\nDevelop structured risk statements and support qualitative risk assessments using approved methodologies.\nMonitor risk mitigation actions and follow up with risk owners to ensure timely closure of actions.\nTrack emerging risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle and escalate significant issues where required.\nSupport the evaluation of schedule, cost, technical, commercial, procurement, and execution risks.\nPrepare risk reports, dashboards, heat maps, and management presentations.\nCoordinate risk data collection and maintain consistency across risk management systems and reporting tools.\nSupport Project Managers, Project Controls, Engineering Leads, and Commercial teams in risk-related activities.\nAssist with contingency planning and the development of mitigation strategies.\nEnsure risk management activities align with project governance requirements and company procedures.\nSupport lessons learned best practices applicable to engineering and project delivery environments.\n1.5 Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline), Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in project support, project controls, planning, document control, junior engineering, or risk management roles within engineering and project delivery organizations.\nExperience within oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred.\nBasic understanding of risk management principles, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.\nFamiliarity with Project Risk Management Plans (RMPs) and structured risk registers.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong written English skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise risk statements and reports.\nFamiliarity with engineering project lifecycles, particularly Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design phases.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and data
