These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nKBR is looking for rotating supervisor who can organize and supervise the daily maintenance activities in the assigned area based upon schedule. Ensure all the activities are carried out safely, effectively and within the time frame.\nResponsibilities:\nAllocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.\nSupervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.\nOrganize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.\nArrange necessary work permits before starting of work.\nProvide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.\nCo-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.\nEnsure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.\nAttend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.\nMaintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines\nConduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.\nEnsure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.\nEncourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.\nParticipates in Safety audits\nAttend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.\nMinimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.\nStrong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities\nWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skills\nProven leadership skills with large organizations\nMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems\nAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment\n\nBelong.
