Responsibility will be aligned to your experience, with Senior Schedulers taking greater ownership of schedule delivery and stakeholder engagement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules\n\nAnalyse schedule performance including critical path, float, and progress trends\n\nSupport monthly reporting and Project Status Reports\n\nApply schedule risk analysis, contingency planning, and scenario modelling\n\nBuild and manage resource-loaded schedules and profiles\n\nCollaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams\n\nConduct schedule integrity checks and ensure alignment with controls standards\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nDegree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or similar (or equivalent experience)\n\nScheduler: 3-5+ years’ experience\n\nSenior Scheduler: 8+ years’ experience\n\nStrong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project experience\n\nAdvanced Excel skills (Power BI highly regarded)\n\nStrong communication and time-management skills.\n\nSecurity Clearance: Holding or being eligible for Baseline/NV1 security clearance is advantageous for defence projects but not required for non-defence work.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt KBR, you’ll work on complex, nationally significant projects supported by a highly regarded Project Controls function.
