As the Air Force's leader for National-to-Tactical capability development, AFRL collaborates with leading experts across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, National Laboratories, industry, inter-agency, academia, and partner nations. \nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices\nHelping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction\nLead the Scrum and development teams in self-organization\nRemove impediments and coach the Scrum team on removing impediments\nHelp the Scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework\nResolve conflicts and issues that occur\nHelp the Scrum team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity\nSupport the product owner and provide education where needed\nEngage with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide updates to government and contractor teams\nBuild, maintain, and support Jira and Confluence Boards\nWork Environment:\nLocation: On-site\nTravel Requirements: Less than 10% \nWorking Hours: Standard - Core hours 0800 - 1600\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nSecret clearance with Top Secret, SCI Eligibility\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field\n5+ years of experience as Scrum Master with a specific focus on Air Force acquisition programs or similar DoD systems\nPrior experience on a Scrum team\nAbility to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict\nKnowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the Scrum\nAbility to determine what is Scrum and what is not\nExperience with successful Agile techniques\nAbility to work with and lead a team\nStrong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills\nAbility to adapt to a changing environment\nSelf-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction\n3+ years of experience with Jira and or GitLab\n3+ years of experience with Confluence\nDesired:\nMinimum of 2 years' experience in Special Access and/or SCI programs.\nDemonstrated ability to work well independently or as a team member.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non-technical project teams\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nReady to Make a Difference?\nIf you’re excited about making a significant impact in the field of space defense and working on projects that matter, we encourage you to apply and join our team at KBR.
