This role focuses on delivering robust, scalable, and cost-effective electrical solutions for product development, manufacturing, and operational environments. (KiCAD, OrCAD)\n\nDevelop schematics, wiring diagrams, and architecture documentation\n\nResearch, design, and evaluate electrical systems to meet operational and performance requirements.\n\nDevelop and execute test plans and procedures\n\nDesign and develop cable assemblies and wiring harnesses, including routing, shielding, and connector selection\n\nDefine harness requirements including signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and environmental constraints\n\nSupport program schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation\n\nParticipate in design reviews and support production and integration activities.\n\nWork closely with a small team to execute fast paced, short timeline projects, both individually and as a team.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive/Current DoD Secret clearance required\n\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field\n\nA minimum of 8 years of experience performing electrical design on complex systems.\n\nProficiency with electrical design tools. (OrCAD)\n\nExperience with test equipment and troubleshooting\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Space Flight hardware.\n\nStrong understanding of the full engineering lifecycle from concept to production.\n\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams.\n\nExperience with Solidworks 3D CAD and CAM tools.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nReady to Make a Difference?\nIf you are excited about making a significant impact in the field of space defense and working on projects that matter, we encourage you to apply and join our team at KBR.
