These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design and engineering capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\n\nJob Title: - Senior Engineer, Maintenance (Rotating)\nKBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a qualified Senior Engineer, Mechanical (Maintenance) to support one of the ADNOC projects.\nProfiles matching below criteria only will be contacted.\nJob Purpose:\nProvide technical expertise in the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and shutdowns to maintain rotating equipment effectively and efficiently to achieve high degree of availability, reliability and integrity for plant production.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise the installation, maintenance, repair, trouble shooting and modification activities of rotating equipment in the plant to ensure safe and efficient services.\nReview preventive maintenance plans / schedules and prepare task list / maintenance programmes for rotating equipment in the plant and supervise the execution of such programmes.\nProvide guidance and advice on actions to be taken on chronic problems, and review requirement for major repair and spares replacements to ensure that all equipment is in accordance with internationally recognized engineering standard.\nParticipate in Risk Assessment exercises and prepare recommendations and guidelines to address the mitigations and controls.\nEnsure availability of spares, coordinate and follow-up new material orders. Create new proposal for stocking spares (PFS) mainly for new equipment, create item change request, spare parts control, and delete unwanted inventories from the stock.\nPrepare new maintenance procedures, method statement for new activities and schedule long term activities as per plant shutdown schedules. \nPlan and coordinate maintenance activities with other departments and sections to optimize the utilization of section manpower and to plan and control the major & minor shutdown activities and expenditures.\nProvide technical support for development, implementation and commissioning of new projects in the mechanical design and specifications to optimize costs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices. \nPrepare new plant change requests (PCR), study the proposed PCR for implementation and work out plans and schedules for implementing them.\nParticipate in HAZOP review and SIL validation meetings.\nCarry out study for major rotating equipment frequent failures and provide recommendations.\nParticipate in RCA for incidents related to rotating equipment and provide findings and\nrecommendations.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree is a MUST.\nMinimum Overall 15+ years of experience in execution of EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry of which minimum 8 years in engineering and maintenance of Rotating equipment within a large industrial organization\nExperience in Gas Processing/NGL & EPC/Detail Engineering project.\nExtensive experience in rotating equipment design, engineering, construction and maintenance and operation in the oil and gas industry.\nFamiliarity of international design codes and standards, you will have the ability to prepare design, procurement, construction, (pre) commissioning and hand-over specification packages for rotating equipment\nFamiliarity of the capabilities and shortcomings of major rotating equipment manufacturers, and a proven track record of conducting technical and commercial negotiations with them\nKnowledge of HSE procedures & practices\nPlanning and Organizing, Scheduling and Coordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording\n Must have handled mega Oil & Gas FEED/ EPC Projects (more than 1 billion
