You will provide advanced technical administration across network, connectivity, security, and related infrastructure platforms, ensuring the availability, performance, and resilience of critical services.\nYou will require deep technical knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, the ability to resolve complex operational issues, and the capability to work independently with minimal guidance. You will also contribute directly to service stability, operational excellence, and infrastructure modernization initiatives while acting as a technical resource for colleagues within the team.\nThis role does not include supervisory or people management accountability.\nThis hybrid role requires employees to work both remotely and from the office. To be considered, candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be able to regularly report to the office.\nFunctional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nNetwork Administration\nAdminister enterprise network infrastructure, including:\nLAN, WAN, wireless, and data center networking platforms\n\nRouting and switching technologies\n\nSoftware-defined networking and SD-WAN environments\n\nNetwork access control and identity-aware networking services\n\nInstall, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure in accordance with operational standards.\n\nPerform routine lifecycle management activities, including software updates, hardware maintenance, and technology refresh activities.\n\nMaintain accurate network documentation, configuration standards, and operational records.\n\nNetwork Security & Connectivity\nAdminister and support enterprise network security technologies, including firewalls, VPN services, and secure remote-access solutions.\n\nMaintain network segmentation, access control, and secure connectivity frameworks.\n\nSupport vulnerability remediation and implementation of network security controls.\n\nEnsure network services comply with organizational security standards and governance requirements.\n\nData Centre & Cloud Networking\nSupport enterprise data center networking environments and associated connectivity services.\n\nAdminister load balancing and application delivery platforms.\n\nSupport hybrid cloud and cloud networking services.\n\nMaintain reliable connectivity between on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, remote locations, and hosted environments.\n\nSupport network architecture and capacity growth initiatives.\n\nInfrastructure Integration\nCollaborate with server, storage, backup, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to ensure reliable infrastructure operations.\n\nSupport infrastructure services where networking dependencies exist.\n\nMaintain a working understanding of compute, virtualization, storage, and application dependencies to support effective troubleshooting and escalation.\n\nContribute to infrastructure availability, resilience, and recovery initiatives.\n\nOperational Support\nMonitor network health, availability, performance, and capacity using established operational tools and procedures.\n\nDiagnose and resolve complex networking and infrastructure incidents.\n\nSupport incident, problem, and change management processes.\n\nParticipate in major incident investigations and
