The selected individual will support NSS’ Business Divisions to prepare compliant and competitive Price Proposals while collaborating with Finance, Contracts, Compensation and other allied functional support teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResponsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:\nLeads and/or manages major and complex cost proposals generally valued at $50M+\nApplies a broad knowledge of general financial analysis and Government proposal Pricing techniques to a variety complex business proposal solutions, primarily in support of professional services\nDraft and finalize Cost/Price proposal narratives to substantiate cost and pricing approach and data in compliance with all RFP Section L criteria\nDevelops complex pricing strategies and performs risk and cash flow analyses as applicable\nDevelops and presents price assumptions, financial summaries, and risk assessment to senior leadership prior to proposal submission\nCollaborate and support functional support staff from Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, etc. to deliver compliant and compelling price proposals\nProvides strategic focus to all proposal efforts to ensure alignment with Section M RFP criteria and support Business Unit growth/profit objectives\nQuality assurance review of proposals\nPerforms all other duties as assigned such as:\nPrepares special reports and analysis as required in support of audits and department administration\nProvides assistance to other pricing analysts during periods of surge demand\nProvides guidance for less experienced team members on compliance-related issues\nWork Environment:\nLocation: Remote or Hybrid.\nTravel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%.\nWorking Hours: Standard workday with occasional non-standard work hours required.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelors degree and 5-8 years of direct federal government pricing experience\nComprehensive knowledge of direct government pricing practices, cost and price analysis, and FAR and CAS regulations\nExperience managing subcontractor data calls and price proposals in support of prime contractor pricing strategy\nCost/Price proposal narrative writing and subsequent experience responding to Pricing evaluation notices, final proposal revisions, etc.\nComprehensive organizational, written, and oral communication skills\nStrong analytical skills and business acumen to make sound financial analysis decisions/recommendations\nProficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills\nAbility to work in a team environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nManagement and/or mentorship of junior to mid level pricing analysts\nFederal Government Price to Win analysis experience\nTop Secret / SCI clearance (TS/SCI)\nBasic Compensation: $83,000.00 - 125,000.00\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
