The role will be based at either the Client's Office or the Contractor's Office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.\nJob Purpose\nThe Senior Process Engineer is responsible for the development, design, verification, and delivery of process engineering activities for ADNOC Offshore greenfield oil and gas projects. The role provides technical leadership throughout FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement Support, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up phases while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, project specifications, HSE requirements, and operational excellence objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess Engineering & Design\nLead process engineering activities for offshore greenfield oil and gas facilities, including wellhead platforms, processing facilities, gas compression, water injection, produced water treatment, and export systems.\nDevelop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Design Basis, and Process Narratives.\nPrepare and review process calculations including:Heat & Material Balance\nHydraulic Analysis\nPressure Relief Studies\nFlare Network Analysis\nEquipment Sizing Calculations\n\nPerform process simulation using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent software.\nEnsure process integrity and optimization of production systems.\nGreenfield Project Development\nSupport Concept Selection, Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design phases.\nParticipate in technology selection and process optimization studies.\nEvaluate project alternatives for cost, operability, reliability, and safety.\nDevelop process design philosophies for new offshore facilities and associated onshore interfaces.\nEquipment Engineering\nPrepare and review specifications and datasheets for:Separators\nHeat Exchangers\nCompressors\nPumps\nFilters\nFlare Systems\nSurge Vessels\nWater Treatment Packages\n\nSupport technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews.\nResolve technical queries from suppliers and contractors.\nHSE & Safety Engineering\nParticipate in:HAZID\nHAZOP\nSIL Assessment\nQRA\nConstructability Reviews\nSIMOPS Reviews\n\nEnsure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and international safety requirements.\nReview relief and flare system adequacy and process safety requirements.\nInterface Management\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural, and Operations disciplines.\nLiaise with ADNOC Offshore representatives, PMC teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and licensors.\nSupport interface management between offshore installations and existing operating facilities.\nConstruction & Commissioning Support\nProvide engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.\nReview site engineering changes and field modifications.\nParticipate in commissioning procedures and performance testing activities.\nSupport troubleshooting and optimization after start-up.\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure all engineering deliverables comply with:ADNOC Offshore Standards\nInternational Codes and Standards\nCompany Engineering Procedures\nProject Specifications\n\nParticipate in design reviews and audits.\nEnsure timely delivery of engineering outputs within project schedules.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.\nMaster's Degree is advantageous.\nExperience\nMinimum 15 years of Process Engineering experience in Oil & Gas.\nMinimum 8 years in offshore facilities and greenfield development projects.\nProven experience on ADNOC, Middle East, or major international offshore projects.\nExperience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases of large EPC projects.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of:Offshore Oil & Gas Processing Facilities\nGas Processing Systems\nProduced
