Our teams work closely with client organisations and delivery partners to improve safety, reliability, value for money, sustainability, and stakeholder outcomes.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead delivery of major infrastructure programs and projects within a client-side environment. You will play a key role in influencing outcomes across the project lifecycle by working collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.\nSuccess in this role will rely on your ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders including asset owners, construction partners, designers, vendors, regulators, and community representatives. You will navigate competing priorities and expectations to drive alignment, manage risk, budget and achieve successful project outcomes.\nAs a key member of this team, you will be required to:\nEnsure key projects and programs are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with cost, technical, environmental, operational, and social requirements.\nLead design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects or programs through a variety of contractual models.\nSupport continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, systems and processes.\nIdentify and implement improvements in ways of working that benefit individuals, teams, or the broader program.\nWho are you?\nTo succeed in this opportunity the skills and experience required are:\nDemonstrated experience in a client-side or consultant Senior PM capacity\nStrong communication and reporting skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.\nUnderstanding of various delivery/contractual models and legislative WHS requirements\nWell-developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in reporting\nWho are we?\nWe are committed to social and environmental sustainability and delivering projects with a digital mindset that drives innovation within our business, for our customers and stakeholders.\nOur people blend seamlessly into customer teams to help create a positive impact on the communities and environments they seek to improve.
