The role translates Client requirements, project execution strategies, win themes and commercial objectives into compelling technical proposal content and ensures delivery of high-quality proposal outputs through a workshare model.\nWork Pattern - To be aligned to the Main centre timings\nKey Responsibilities\nWork closely with the Growth/Business Development and Delivery Operations teams in the Main Centre to understand the Client's requirements, project scope, delivery strategy, risks and key success factors.\nApply practical project execution and delivery experience to develop credible, executable and customer-focused proposal solutions.\nDevelop and write technical proposal content that clearly communicates KBR's solution, execution approach and differentiators.\nEnsure win themes, key messages and Client benefits are effectively embedded throughout proposal responses.\nTranslate proposal requirements and direction into clear instructions for proposal coordination, document development and administrative support teams in India.\nDeliver effectively within a workshare environment, ensuring availability, maintaining alignment and communication between the main hubs and India proposal team.\nReview, integrate and validate proposal content produced by proposals support team and coordinate closure of gaps.\nBe accountable for the quality, consistency and compliance of assigned proposal sections.\nActive knowledge management\nContribute to proposal planning, reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across the proposal function.\nCoach and develop proposal team members to improve proposal quality and technical understanding.\nKey Requirements\nDemonstrable experience in project execution, project delivery, engineering management or project management within engineering, consulting, EPC or EPCM environments.\nPrevious experience supporting the development of proposals, tenders or major pursuits.\nStrong understanding of how projects are planned, executed, managed and delivered.\nStrong technical writing, editing and communication skills.\nAbility to convert technical, operational and commercial information into persuasive proposal content.\nExperience working across multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams.\nAbility to build effective relationships with Growth/Business Development and Delivery Operations in the Main Centre.\nThe role requires presence in office working alongside the team and the ability to flex to support the bid deadlines and seamless coordination with Main Centre.\nRole Focus\nAn experienced project delivery professional with proposal experience who acts as the interface between Growth/Business Development and Delivery Operations in Main Centre and the India Proposal Hub.
