You will manage the tender process end-to-end, including preparation of documentation, commercial evaluation of bids, and supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.\nA strong understanding of NEC4 contracts (ECC/PSC) is essential, including pricing mechanisms, risk allocation, and preparation of commercial inputs to Scope. You will provide key input into commercial strategy, risk management, and value engineering during early project stages.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCost planning, estimating, and benchmarking.\n\nTender preparation, evaluation, and negotiation.\n\nProcurement strategy development.\n\nCommercial risk identification and pricing.\n\nStakeholder engagement across bid, design, and delivery teams.\n\nCandidates should have proven experience in pre-contract and tendering within major infrastructure projects, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.\nMRICS and/or MCIPS preferred.\nLocation\nThe role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.\nSecurity Requirements\nSC Clearance\nDue to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.\nJoin Our Talent Community!\nJoin the Talent Network | KBR Jobs\nBelong.
