The candidate will be responsible for assessing equipment risks, optimizing inspection intervals, improving asset reliability, and ensuring compliance with applicable industry codes and standards.\nThe role requires close coordination with inspection, corrosion, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to manage the integrity of pressure equipment and piping systems throughout the asset lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nRBI Program Management\n Develop, implement, and maintain Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessments for offshore facilities.\nConduct qualitative, semi-quantitative, and quantitative RBI studies in accordance with API 580 and API 581 methodologies.\nEvaluate risk associated with pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, tanks, and associated equipment.\nEstablish optimized inspection strategies and intervals based on risk profiles.\nReview and continuously update RBI assessments based on inspection findings, operational changes, and corrosion monitoring data.\nAsset Integrity & Inspection\nPerform integrity assessments of static equipment and piping systems.\nDevelop inspection plans, corrosion control programs, and fitness-for-service assessments.\nReview inspection reports, NDT results, corrosion monitoring data, and remaining life calculations.\nIdentify damage mechanisms affecting equipment and piping systems.\nSupport turnaround inspection planning and execution activities.\nCorrosion & Materials Engineering\nEvaluate corrosion threats, degradation mechanisms, and material performance.\nRecommend corrosion mitigation measures, monitoring techniques, and material upgrades.\n Support corrosion management programs and integrity operating windows (IOWs).\nAnalyze corrosion trends and provide recommendations for risk reduction.\nCompliance & Standards\nEnsure compliance with:API 580 & API 581\n API 510 (Pressure Vessels)\n API 570 (Piping Inspection)\n API 653 (Storage Tanks)\nASME Codes\nNACE/AMPP Standards\nCompany Asset Integrity Management Systems\n\nParticipate in audits and regulatory inspections as required.\nRisk Assessment & Reporting\nConduct risk reviews and integrity assessments for critical equipment.\nPrepare RBI reports, risk matrices, management presentations, and technical recommendations.\n Provide engineering support for Management of Change (MOC) processes.\nPresent findings and recommendations to management and project stakeholders.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide guidance and mentoring to junior inspection and integrity engineers.\nInterface with Operations, Maintenance, Process, Corrosion, and HSE teams.\nSupport offshore campaigns, shutdowns, and integrity reviews.\nParticipate in incident investigations and root cause analyses related to equipment failures.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.\nMinimum 15 years of experience in Inspection, Asset Integrity, Corrosion, or RBI Engineering within Oil & Gas facilities.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on RBI assessment experience.\nStrong understanding of offshore production facilities and process equipment.\nRequired Technical Skills\nExtensive knowledge of:API 580 and API 581 Risk-Based Inspection\nAPI 510, API 570, API 653\nASME Section VIII and B31.3\n Damage Mechanism Reviews (DMR)\nCorrosion Management Programs\n Fitness-for-Service (API 579)\nRemaining Life Assessments\n RBI Software Tools (PCMS, Antea, Meridium, Capstone, Shield, or equivalent)\n\nAbility to interpret inspection and NDT data.\nExperience in risk ranking, consequence analysis, and probability of failure assessments.\n Strong knowledge of offshore inspection methodologies and integrity management
