Oversees and performs the full range of administration activities associated with subcontracting including but not limited to invoice verification & processing, variations, claims on a project. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.\nResponsibilities:\nOversees and performs complete life cycle of pre and post award subcontracting activities including close outs associated with subcontracting work on projects\nWorks in accordance with approved work methods & procedures\nEstablishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks.\nUses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.\nMay direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members.\nQualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:\n5+ Years of overall experience\nSkills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of graduation and 5+ years of experience in a similar role\nProven ability to work independently\nMust be able to read and understand contracts and to handle negotiations with the bidders based on internal procedures and project expectations\nAble to efficiently coordinate with internal & external stakeholders and work towards placement of project subcontracts as per plans and budgets\nAdvanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word\nExpertise to interface well with the project engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other members of the project team including the client.\nBasic understanding of project execution and implementation of project activities, with strong attention to detail and strong acumen for growth and development.\nDecarbonization - Energy Transition - Sustainability\nBelong.
