The role focuses on communications networks, satellite capabilities, and support to counter-space and strategic intelligence missions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze adversary SATCOM systems and communications architectures.\nConduct assessments of communications payloads, frequencies, waveforms, and ground infrastructure.\nEvaluate space-based ISR and satellite communications capabilities.\nDevelop intelligence products covering satellite vulnerabilities and operational concepts.\nAssess technical developments in foreign space and communications programs.\nSupport identification of collection opportunities and intelligence gaps.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field, in lieu of degree at minimum 15 years' experience is required. \nExperience analyzing satellite communications or space systems.\nKnowledge of RF communications principles.\nActive TS/SCI Clearance\nPreferred Qualifications\nNetwork planning experience.\nExperience with military or commercial SATCOM systems.\nExposure to SIGINT or communications intelligence operations.\nDesired Skills\nSATCOM Analysis\nRF Systems\nSpace Systems\nTechnical Intelligence\nCommunications Architecture Assessment\nBelong, Connect and Grow at KBR\nAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
