This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end software lifecycle, including administration, procurement, tracking, and compliance. You will work closely with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support software operations, financial processes, and governance.\nResponsibilities:\nManage Software Asset Management requests and incidents within ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.\nMaintain accurate software asset, license, entitlement, contract, subscription, and procurement records.\nSupport the end-to-end software lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, utilization, renewal, reclamation, and retirement activities.\nCoordinate software purchasing, vendor quotations, renewals, and contract administration activities.\nCreate and manage purchase requisitions and support procurement processes in accordance with business requirements.\nProcess goods receipts, purchase order updates, cancellations, and related procurement transactions.\nPerform invoice reconciliation and validation against purchase orders, contracts, software entitlements, and vendor agreements.\nInvestigate and resolve procurement, billing, licensing, pricing, and payment discrepancies.\nConfigure and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro to support software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, compliance monitoring, and license management.\nMonitor software licensing utilization, identify compliance risks, and support optimization opportunities through license reclamation and cost management initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, operational metrics, and audit-ready records to support Software Asset Management governance.\nSupport software compliance reviews, internal audits, vendor audits, and audit-readiness activities.\nCollaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to improve software asset management processes, data quality, and workflow automation initiatives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or related technology asset-management functions.\nStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and Contract Management.\nKnowledge of software licensing models, entitlement management, software compliance, and software lifecycle management.\nExperience supporting software procurement, purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation activities.\nExperience supporting software compliance programs, vendor audits, and audit-readiness initiatives.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder-management, and vendor-management skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) certification.\nITIL Foundation, IAITAM, or Software Asset Management-related certifications.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics, Costpoint, Microsoft Intune, or other procurement and financial management systems.\nFamiliarity with major software publishers and cloud/SaaS licensing models.\nExperience supporting global Software Asset Management programs and enterprise software compliance initiatives.\nKnowledge of workflow automation, reporting, and continuous process improvement within ServiceNow.\nBelong.
