Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices in project controls.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstanding scope of work and developing project schedule\nLoading the resource and allocating the work hours as per the approved budget\nEnsures the development of job progress monitoring system through scheduling\nDuties may include monitoring job progress according to schedules, coordinating with departmental leads, participating in weekly review meetings, and performing schedule analysis.\nProvides priorities for projects to guarantee on time completion.\nIssuing weekly lookaheads and manhour reports to Project team.\nUnder general supervision, and occasional direct supervision performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls.\nDisplays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.\nProjects priorities develop production schedules for all projects.\nCorrelates project schedules to align with client forecasted master schedule.\nExpedites deliverables and tasks that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.\nPrepares weekly and monthly reports.\nPerforms other work-related duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.\nQualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:\nMust have at least 5-8 years of Planning and Scheduling experience to relevant industry preferably with Process Licensor. Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Process) or equivalent is highly desired.\nKnowledge of multiple projects scheduling Primavera P3 or P6 and Microsoft Projects software.\nKnowledge of construction projects, resource loading, and staffing, including performing risk analysis and pinpointing scheduling conflicts in advance.\nAbility to interact with all project stakeholders effectively.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nMust have good oral and written communication skills which enable to effectively liaise with clients, other departments within the organization, subcontractors, and clients, and report directly to the Senior Management.\nMust be detail orientated and have good project management skills.\nManaging Client and multiple projects to meet deadlines.\nDecarbonization - Energy Transition - Sustainability\nBelong.
