These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nResponsibilities:\n- Develop and prepare solicitation documents (RFP/RFQ).\n- Negotiate price, specifications, delivery dates, payment terms, terms & conditions, and other elements of the proposal/order.\n- Establish and maintain procurement files in accordance with company policies.\n- Perform market research and price analysis, as necessary.\n- Conduct negotiations for purchase order award, changes and back charges as required.\n- As required, performs Expediting of purchase orders to monitor vendor progress including to ensure timely document submittals and returns, shipment of equipment/material to the Project in a safe and cost-efficient manner.\n- Troubleshoots problem areas in purchase order execution and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management.\n- As required, coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers.\n- Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports.\n- Support in the on-boarding of vendors.\nQualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:\n- Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5-7+ years of relevant experience.\n- Ability to understand a Gant chart, schedule, and fabrication processes for equipment and catalyst.\n- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.\n- Be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.\n- Understands INCOTERMS.\nDecarbonization - Energy Transition - Sustainability\nBelong.
