This role serves as a key engineering and project coordination focal point, ensuring the successful delivery of engineering activities within budget, schedule, quality, and client requirements.\nThe Specialist Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration, effective stakeholder management, and successful project execution throughout the project lifecycle. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Project management and a minimum of 2 years related experience, with typical experience ranging from 3-7 years.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Engineering Delivery\nLead and coordinate engineering execution activities for large and complex FEED, EPC, EPCM, and portfolio projects.\nEnsure engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with project scope, client specifications, quality standards, budget and schedule requirements.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment across all project phases.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to support project objectives.\nFacilitate communication and integration between engineering disciplines, project controls, procurement, construction and client teams.\nSupport project planning activities, including scope definition, execution strategies, resource planning, schedules and deliverable tracking.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, client requirements and HSE regulations.\nStakeholder & Client Management\nServe as a primary engineering interface between the client and project team.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate technical reviews, progress meetings, and project status discussions with clients and management.\nProvide timely updates on project performance, key risks, critical issues and mitigation plans.\nRisk, Quality & Performance Management\nIdentify engineering and project execution risks and support development of effective mitigation strategies.\nDrive issue resolution and facilitate decision-making across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.\nEnsure engineering quality is maintained throughout project execution.\nSupport management of project changes and ensure alignment with approved project objectives.\nPromote continuous improvement initiatives and best engineering practices.\nProposal & Business Support\nSupport proposal development activities, including scope definition, engineering estimates, execution planning and technical inputs.\nContribute to project execution strategies and resource planning for new opportunities.\nAssist leadership in developing engineering solutions that meet client and business objectives.\nLeadership & Team Coordination\nProvide leadership, guidance and coordination across multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nFoster collaboration, accountability and high-performance team culture.\nMentor and support junior engineers and project team members where required.\nDrive effective communication and knowledge sharing across project teams.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nExperience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Engineering Management or Engineering Delivery within the Energy and Process Industries.\nDemonstrated experience managing engineering activities for FEED, EPC and EPCM projects.\nStrong knowledge of project execution methodologies across Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, LNG and Fertilizer sectors.\nProven experience working with both international and Indian clients.\nStrong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering coordination and interface management.\nExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities.\nExperience in risk identification, issue resolution and change management processes.\nCommitment to ethical business practices and adherence to company values.\nUnderstanding of environmental, sustainability and regulatory considerations in engineering design.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.\nPMP Certification or equivalent Project Management qualification is preferred.\nExperience in large-scale offshore and onshore capital projects.\nExposure to portfolio project management and integrated project delivery environments.\nKey Competencies\nEngineering Project Coordination\nProject Management & Execution\nFEED, EPC & EPCM Project Delivery\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nMulti-Disciplinary Team Leadership\nRisk & Change Management\nSchedule & Cost Awareness\nTechnical Problem Solving\nStrategic Planning & Execution\nCommunication & Influencing Skills\nQuality & Continuous Improvement\nSustainability & Environmental Awareness\nBelong.
