The role includes Conceptual Studies, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement Support, Construction Support, and Commissioning assistance while ensuring compliance with international codes, client specifications, and project requirements. The engineer shall coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop HVAC and Plumbing design philosophies, Basis of Design (BOD), Design Criteria, and Scope of Work documents.\nPerform HVAC load calculations and equipment sizing.\nDesign ventilation systems for:\nControl Rooms\nSubstations\nTelecom Buildings\nElectrical Buildings\nLaboratory Facilities\nBattery Rooms\nHazardous Material Storage Areas\nBlast Resistant Buildings\nDesign plumbing systems including:\nDomestic Water\nSanitary Drainage\nOily Water Drainage\nChemical Waste Drainage\nStorm Water Systems\nEyewash and Safety Shower Systems.\nPrepare HVAC and Plumbing specifications, datasheets, equipment schedules, and material requisitions.\nDevelop HVAC airflow diagrams, schematics, P&IDs, D&IDs, cause & effect diagrams, and layout drawings.\nPerform duct sizing, pressure drop calculations, ventilation studies, and utility calculations.\nQualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.\n20+ years of plumbing engineer experience Plumbing design philosophies, Basis of Design (BOD), Design Criteria.\nMaster's Degree is an added advantage.\nHAP, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SP3D / SmartPlant 3D, Aircal C++\nHVAC Design & Load Calculation Software\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nBelong.
