Make recommendations to keep strategy, performance, and architecture aligned accordingly\nLiaison: Function as a liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities and services delivery and requirements concerns\nCollaboration: Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives\nCommunication: Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences\nWork Environment:\nLocation: On-Site\nTravel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%\nWorking Hours: Standard\nRequired Qualifications:\nClearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph\nEducation: BS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain\nWriting: Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills\nAI Experience: Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence\nData Integration: Expert knowledge of Data integration complexities \nAnalysis: Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills\nCommunication: Provide appropriate audience-written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills\nCollaboration: Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities\nDeliverables: Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.)\nArchitecture / Design: Ability to support the architecture and design of AI Strategy, Implementation plans and policies\nDesired Qualifications:\nEducation: Technical degree in Engineering or Science, practical not theoretical\nExperience: Broad experience with the IC and touch points to DoD\nCertifications: AI certification\nBasic Compensation:\n$150,200 - $225,300\nThis range is for the Maryland area only\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
