This role contributes to the preparation, validation, and dissemination of mission products that support situational awareness and decision-making.\nThe analyst works under the guidance of senior STO personnel while gaining experience with our customers’ operational processes, mission planning, and Intelligence Community coordination. The position supports integration of space system capabilities and participates in operational exercises as required.\nThis role is performed full-time on site at a government facility in Springfield, Virginia, and is contingent upon contract award.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nSupport compartmented STO mission activities under established procedures and guidance\nAssist with development, review, and dissemination of operational reports, briefings, and mission products\nMonitor mission activities and contribute to situational awareness for STO operations\nSupport coordination with mission operations centers and Intelligence Community partners\nMaintain compliance with security requirements, including handling of highly classified materials\nAssist in identifying operational issues, reporting anomalies, and documenting mission impacts\nParticipate in operational exercises, training events, and readiness activities\nSupport data collection and documentation for system performance and mission assessments\nRequired Qualifications:\nEntry-level experience:Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise\nBachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise\nNo degree with 4+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise\n\n Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with adjudicated polygraph\nExperience supporting classified operations, intelligence production, or technical mission environments\nFamiliarity with Department of Defense or Intelligence Community operational processes\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to space operations, space systems, or satellite mission environments\nAcademic or professional experience related to intelligence analysis, engineering, or space systems\nFamiliarity with secure reporting systems or classified operational tools\nBasic Compensation:\n$85,900 - $105,000\nThis range is for the Virginia area only\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
