These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nKBR is looking for Commercial Head-Responsible to manage all activities related for getting Contracts to execute maintenance activities into the Maintenance Department , including requesting and tutoring to develop scopes of work, completion of documentation, define prospective bidders, call for tenders, awarding and contractor authorizing for beginning of works, accomplishing with requirements for operational areas to achieve a World Class performance in the maintenance Department\nLocation: Jubail\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the refinery.\n\nTo develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contracts\n\nTo coordinate and manage all activities related to prepare Instructions to Bidders, kick of meeting with Contractors and evaluation of economical offers after being evaluated technical offers by contract responsible.\n\nTo ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility.\n\nTo ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPI's are included in all-Maintenance Contractors.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering\n\nMinimum 12+years’ experience of Contracting.\n\nFluent in writing and reading English.\n\nGood knowledge of SAP system.\n\nStrong understanding of supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.\n\nStrong understanding of Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget.\n\nGood technical understanding of maintenance execution management.\n\nGood technical understanding of People management.\n\nWell organized and proactive\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nProven leadership skills with large organizations\n\nMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems\n\nStrategic thinking, open to new ideas\n\nAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi- cultural environment\n\nBelong.
