Experience balancing short term tactical problems against long term strategic planning \nExperience working independently to identify problems, devise solutions, brief and communicate courses of action, and implement solutions \nExperience managing a project/ program, to include schedule, milestones, and deliverables. \nExperience with periodic re-evaluation of that project to identify if the original approach is still reflective of desired outcome in a dynamic environment \nExperience working as part of, and leading, a team to define requirements, determine root causes, and identifying corrective actions \nDemonstrated experience working with modern business productivity suites such as Microsoft Office 365 and GSuite, setting up VPNs, and dealing with multi-factor Authentication \nBasic Compensation:\n$182,800 to $223,500\nThis range is for the Virginia area only\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
