In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role - protecting our national security.\nWhy Join Us?\nInnovative Projects: KBR’s work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions.\nCollaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace.\nImpactful Work: Your contributions will be pivotal in supporting mission-critical training initiatives that directly contribute to national security operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, coordinate, and deliver technical interviews, candidate assessments, and training programs\nSupport the planning, development, and execution of increasingly complex technical training initiatives\nCreate and maintain instructional content, training materials, and student evaluation criteria\nAssess student performance and prepare written evaluations documenting training effectiveness\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support training objectives and mission requirements\nSupport project planning activities, including schedules, resource allocation, and training execution\nTravel to customer locations to conduct assessments and training activities\nWork closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of training objectives\nWork Environment:\nLocation: On-site\nTravel Requirements: Frequent domestic travel, including short-notice travel\nWorking Hours: Standard\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI with a Polygraph\nBachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of experience; additional experience may be substituted for a degree\nExperience developing and implementing technical training curriculum\nExperience creating student evaluation criteria and documenting student performance\nExperience implementing and executing technical training programs\nExperience managing projects, schedules, and resource allocations\nAbility to travel frequently to domestic locations\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDesired:\nExperience delivering technical instruction to adult learners\nExperience evaluating technical candidates during interviews or assessments\nExperience supporting government or intelligence community programs\nExperience developing training materials for technical audiences\nExperience working within multidisciplinary teams\nBasic Compensation:\n$169,000 to $206,500\nThis range is for the Virginia area only\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
